Brent L. Top is the dean of the college of Religious Education at Brigham Young University. He is also a professor of Church History and Doctrine and served as the chair of that department. He also held the Endowed Professorship in Moral Education at BYU. With a PhD from Brigham Young University, he is the author of more than a dozen books on religious and family subjects. Michael A. Goodman received a PhD in marriage, family, and human development. He has worked for the Church educational system since 1989. After serving as a mission president in Bangkok Thailand, he taught at BYU while completing his PhD. Afterwards, he managed the Church educational systems college curriculum for three years.
