Neylan McBaine, Actas de la Conferencia de 2012 FAIR, (August 2012)Voy a hablar hoy acerca de cómo las mujeres encajan en la estructura funcional del gobierno de la iglesia mormona, pero, a diferencia de muchos de los otros que hablan hoy en día, no tengo títulos avanzados en mi tema ni me considero un académico. Mis credenciales como alguien calificado para hablar sobre este tema provienen de: primero, toda una vida de experiencia personal como mujer en la Iglesia y ahora la madre de tres hijas, en segundo lugar, mi papel como fundador, en 2010, de una organización sin fines de lucro , el Proyecto Mujer Mormón, que publica historias de fieles SUD mujeres de todo el mundo, y tercero, una carrera de doce años en marketing y estrategia de marca, incluyendo mi puesto actual como director creativo asociado de propiedad de la Iglesia Bonneville Communications, la agencia asociado con la Iglesia en Mormon.org y el "yo soy un mormón" campaña.
