Lance Starr is a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. He received his BA from Southern Utah University in 1995. He received his JD from Brigham Young University in 2004. He spent two years clerking for the Utah County Attorney Office before entering the immigration law field.
